We create environments that allow people to explore their imaginations and familiarise themselves with the unfamiliar.
We prefer to be fully immersed, as such; we typically work inside organisations, along side our clients, stakeholders and customers.
We assemble project teams from diverse backgrounds and with differing motivations. These teams can include customers, CEOs, engineers, product designers, creative directors, employees, suppliers and facilitators. Neoteny facilitates great design.
