It may be stating the obvious to say each project is different, but it's worth mentioning here because it underpins our approach.

We don't subscribe to a trademarked 'process' which is illustrated using a lovely venn diagram, a flow chart or a schematic, typically accompanied by engaging verbs to name each stage.

We choose techniques that best support the individual needs of the project and the people we're working with. Where possible, we do this collaboratively with clients and stakeholders, and we're open to adjusting the tools as the project evolves.
