Look and Feel Strategy

Description

A look and feel strategy involves exploring and defining how a brand, service or product should look and what it should feel like when customers interact with it. It includes design principles which anchor typography, colour, tone, imagery and style decisions.

We believe that visual design should be informed by an organisation's and project's values, purpose and objectives, and as such this activity is generally done in parallel with the business landscape and scoping workshops.

Value

  • Design principles anchor and guide future design decisions to ensure that visual design is consistent and relevant
  • Ensures the project team moves into design with a shared agreement on look and feel
