Description
A scoping workshop is one that includes a number of the tools described here in the toolkit. It enables a group of stakeholders to explore and establish the parameters of a project in order to reach an agreed outcome.
Depending on the engagement this is typically achieved in a one-day session, with ongoing analysis of the outcomes in order to develop strategy and design recommendations along with a more detailed project scope.
